Understanding that grounding PV modules is a major pain point for customers, Cooper B-Line, a global provider of innovative, labor-saving support systems and enclosure solutions, now offers a simple solution; Pre-Assembled Module Clamps with WEEB Washers.

Approved for portrait orientation use with the ARISTA Monolithic commercial rooftop racking system, module clamps with integrated grounding make solar installations even easier by quickly and easily grounding the PV modules to the racking system.

Designed to easily provide a solid connection, WEEB washers utilize unique "teeth" specifically engineered to break the anodized layer of the module frame and provide a gas tight connection. This eliminates oxidation and provides a reliable bond to ground the racking system and the PV module.

The easy-to-use system saves time and materials by eliminating the need to use separate ground lugs and copper wire between each module. Additionally, the clamps with integrated grounding are ETL listed to UL 467 through Intertek for use in the United States and Canada.

"Our goal has always been to develop innovative solutions that have the ability to work in harmony with one another to help maximize efficiencies on the jobsite," said Daniel Castillo, President of Cooper B-Line.

"By offering pre-assembled grounding clamps for portrait oriented applications of our ARISTA Monolithic racking system we're doing just that. We are certain our customers will appreciate this simple, yet innovative solution that provides for easy installation and effective grounding throughout the life of the PV module."

To make a quick installation even quicker, module clamps with integrated grounding are approved to work with the award-winning ARISTA Monolithic racking system.

The versatile racking system, ideal for commercial rooftop applications, offers decreased installation labor and cost, high flexibility to support wide-ranging project needs and building code compliance in both the United States and Canada.

ARISTA racking systems are designed with limited components and feature pre-assembled fittings to significantly eliminate installation time and labor. The ARISTA racking system is also compatible with standard strut, fittings and other accessories making electrical solutions endless.

In addition to the ARISTA system, Cooper B-Line also offers an array of custom engineered solar solutions.
