First Phase 16MW North Carolina Solar Farm ActivatedBeltsville MD (SPX) Feb 09, 2010 SunEdison has activated the first phase of its 16-megawatt solar farm in Davidson County, N.C. The first phase of the project represents 4 megawatts of generation capacity and is comprised of more than 14,000 solar panels that will generate over 6 million kilowatt hours of electricity in the first year of operation. Umwelt-Sonne-Energie Completes Solyndra Panel ProjectFremont CA (SPX) Feb 02, 2010 Solyndra has announced that Umwelt-Sonne-Energie GmbH (USE Projects), an authorized reseller, has completed the largest collective Solyndra project to date. The project consists of 1.9 MWp of generation capability installed on 10 rooftop sites in Belgium owned by a large international food retailer.
