![]() Athens, Greece (SPX) May 26, 2011 Positive Energy has completed for the company Solar Gate, the construction of a 2MWp photovoltaic park in the Prefecture of Lakonia in Greece. The operation of the plant will have substantial environmental benefits including the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions by 2,600 tons per year. This is the same amount of carbon dioxide that would be removed from the atmosphere each year by a forest of 130,000 trees via photosynthesis.
