OCI Solar Power Partner with CPS Energy for Largest US Utility Solar ProjectAtlanta GA (SPX) Aug 01, 2012 OCI Solar Power has signed a deal with CPS Energy in San Antonio, Texas, to develop, own and operate the largest municipal utility solar project in the country.
