Power Electronics PV Plant Takes Chile To 10MW
Paterna, Spain (SPX) Feb 28, 2014
Power Electronics has successfully completed the supply and commissioning of PV Plant Los Puquios 3MW in Tarapaca- the first 3MW in Chile and a first for Power Electronics. Up until January 2014, the total PV power capacity installed in the country was 6.7 MW: the new plant will bring Chile nearly 10 MW. The company has supplied two solar Freesun HET steel 40" containers, 40 with a unitary power of 1.4 MW each - including all the LV and MV electrical equipment.
