Esdec BV supplied its FlatFix Fusion mounting system for the biggest CIS flat roof PV system in Holland. The system consists out of more than 5500 Solar Frontier panels with a total power of 850Kwp and covers more than 13.000m2. The Belgian project developer Ikaros Solar who installed the system chose the FlatFix Fusion system because of the low roof load, the unique features such a integrated cable management and the ease of installation. The system was installed in record time and was finished before schedule. Esdec BV develops, manufactures and supplies professional mounting systems for solar panels, called ClickFit and FlatFix. Our innovative mounting systems are different because they are easy to install, without compromising on the reliability and durability of the product. This is beneficial for the final quality and longevity of the PV system. ClickFit and FlatFix mounting systems have been extensively tested by recognized testing institutes, such as TUV Rheinland, DNW (wind tunnel), BRE, and are, amongst others, certified according to the Dutch Building Decree and the MCS012 by NQA. Since the establishment of Esdec BV in 2004, more than three million solar panels with a combined capacity of over 500MWp have been installed on ClickFit and FlatFix mounting structures. Esdec BV is the largest Dutch manufacturer of solar panel mounting systems.
