Beijing (AFP) May 22, 2008 The death toll from last week's earthquake in southwest China has risen to 51,151, with 29,328 others still missing, the government said Thursday. Another 288,431 people were injured in the May 12 quake, Guo Weimin, a spokesman for China's State Council, or Cabinet, told a news conference.
