Schneider Electric Solar Business is pleased to announce a new strategic partnership with Canadian Energy Corp for exclusive distribution of Schneider Electric's battery-based, solar offer in Canada.

Canadian Energy Corp is now the exclusive distributor of the Conext SW, Conext XW, Conext ComBox, MPPT Solar Charge Controllers and Battery based balance of system products in Canada.

This exclusive distribution model for the Schneider Electric Solar offering is the first of its kind in any geography and will bring improved customer experience in an exciting and competitive off-grid solar market.

"We are delighted to partner with Canadian Energy, a leader in renewable energy generation and storage in Canada. This partnership is a long term strategy supporting not only the business growth of our two organizations, but also the promotion of clean, secure energy to Canadian businesses and home owners," says Mr. Laurent Bataille, SVP of the Solar Business of Schneider Electric.

This alliance will improve the experience for installers by reducing lead times, increasing the pre and post sales service and support, and improving access to Schneider Electric's industry leading, battery based Conext XW and Conext SW offers.

"Through this expanded relationship, installers can now purchase all of the products (inverters, batteries, modules, battery based balance of system products) required for an off-grid solar or battery backup system from a single supplier carrying the Schneider Electric brand which is known for bankability and reliability," adds Mr. Bataille.

"The fact that we are the exclusive master distributor for Schneider Electric's Conext SW, Conext XW, Conext ComBox, MPPT Solar Charge Controllers and their battery based balance of system products is a significant development for the advancement of alternative energy in Canada.

We are proud to have forged this partnership with a globally bankable partner like Schneider Electric and will continue to offer and provide our customers with the best-backed products and local support anywhere in Canada, "says Craig Ballard, CEO for Canadian Energy.
