Sidus Space (NASDAQ: SIDU), a leading provider of space-based solutions, has successfully completed the integration of its LizzieSat-3 satellite with the launch vehicle at Astrotech Space Operations in Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Now officially in SpaceX's custody, LizzieSat-3 is on track for launch as part of the Transporter-13 rideshare mission, scheduled no earlier than the first quarter of 2025.

The deployment of LizzieSat-3 marks another milestone in Sidus Space's ambitious expansion of its satellite constellation, making it the third satellite launch within a year. By enhancing its on-orbit assets, Sidus aims to increase revisit rates, providing its customers with more frequent and timely data for a variety of applications.

Developed and built at Sidus Space's advanced manufacturing facility on Florida's Space Coast, LizzieSat-3 is outfitted with state-of-the-art sensor technology. This includes an Automatic Identification System (AIS) sensor, a high-resolution visual spectrum sensor, and the HEO Holmes Imager, designed to support maritime surveillance, environmental monitoring, and non-Earth imaging operations. The satellite also incorporates an upgraded version of Sidus' proprietary artificial intelligence system, enhancing on-orbit data processing capabilities and reducing latency in data transmission.

"LizzieSat-3 exemplifies our commitment to innovation and adaptability, reinforcing the scalability of our modular satellite platform," said Carol Craig, CEO of Sidus Space. "Expanding our orbital footprint allows us to increase revisit rates and deliver more precise and timely data to our customers. Each mission further demonstrates our dedication to providing cost-effective, flexible solutions that meet the needs of government, defense, intelligence, and commercial markets."

With the anticipated launch of LizzieSat-3, Sidus Space continues to strengthen its position as a key provider of real-time, multi-mission data solutions. By integrating cutting-edge sensor technology, advancing on-orbit processing, and enhancing data-as-a-service offerings, LizzieSat-3 is tailored to address the growing demands of the global space sector.
