T2S Solutions ("T2S"), a mission-focused provider of products and solutions supporting U.S. Defense and Intelligence Missions, announced the acquisition of Flexitech Aerospace, a company specializing in radio-frequency (RF) engineering for spaceflight communications systems. This acquisition aligns with T2S's strategy to drive growth and innovation in the space technology sector by integrating Flexitech Aerospace's RF expertise and established customer relationships into its existing government portfolio and space mission systems.

Founded in 2015 in Orlando, FL, Flexitech Aerospace has developed and manufactured a range of RF systems and components, including antennas used in earth orbit, lunar missions, and ground stations. The company has delivered over 150 products flown in space and holds patents on deployable antenna technologies. Flexitech Aerospace's team, known for its leadership in RF design, provides technical solutions for the most demanding spaceflight applications. T2S plans to scale Flexitech Aerospace's operations and leverage their combined engineering expertise to enhance RF capabilities, product designs, and manufacturing processes.
