Expansion of Energy Efficiency at Affordable Housing in New York State

The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) has announced the commitment of more than $27 million in funding to improve the energy efficiency of existing low- to moderate-income (LMI) affordable housing units throughout the state.The funding will be made available to owners and managers of multifamily housing units to reduce energy costs by investing in whole building and in-unit energy efficiency measures.
